The architectural gem of downtown, Ganz House Eurovea, is nearing completion.
The premium Ganz House Eurovea project is in its final stretch and is currently going through the occupancy approval process. This year it will bring to the market 65 timeless residences and 10,000 m² of technologically advanced boutique offices, raising the standard of modern living in the capital. The future architectural gem of Bratislava’s downtown is taking its final shape, with every last detail on site being brought to a top-quality finish with maximum precision.
Residences
Work is under way on the façade details of the loggias and terraces, as well as on completing the ground-floor façade. The apartment interiors are gradually taking their final form, with parquet flooring being laid, interior doors installed and painting being finished. At the same time, the My Home smart features are being programmed and the cooling technology is being tested. The prestigious common areas are coming to life as wall and floor cladding is installed on the staircases and in the elegant entrance lobby.
Offices
The façade at the tip of the building by the traffic-light intersection is being completed, together with the ground floor. The common areas are gaining a premium look as the cladding, paving and interior doors are finished, and cladding is currently being installed in the elevator lobby on the eighth floor. Later this month, bicycle racks and locker units will be installed in the modern bicycle storage room. As in the apartments, all installed technologies in the commercial spaces are currently undergoing comprehensive testing.
Outdoor areas and surroundings
Work continues steadily in the immediate surroundings of the building, where paved areas and landscaping are being completed in the final phase. Over the coming weeks, the space in front of the building will be brought to life by the installation of new street furniture, benches and advertising pylons. To ensure the project is safely and seamlessly integrated into the working neighborhood, vertical traffic signs are also being installed.
Ganz House Eurovea will soon become a new iconic address that complements Pribinova Boulevard in a remarkable way and offers an above-standard combination of exclusive living and working.
