Ganz House Eurovea is entering the final stage of construction
Construction work on the premium Ganz House Eurovea project is progressing steadily, and with occupancy approval approaching, every last detail is being fine-tuned to a top-quality final result.
Residences
Drywall partitions are now being closed up even in the last apartments, plasters are being finalized not only in the apartments but also in the common areas, and wall tiling, paving and painting are under way. Parquet flooring and sanitary ware are gradually being installed, and the finishing elements in the individual apartments are being completed. On the ground floor of the building, the façade on the ground and first floors is being finished, and stone paving and cladding are being installed in the lobby. The work also includes the installation of electrical switchboards on the roof, epoxy flooring in the garage, and the fitting of fire shutters and glazed aluminum partition walls. In the exterior, work continues on paved areas, including paved walkways.
Offices
Work is in progress on the façade and the waterproofing around the perimeter of the building, and drywall partitions are being installed in the common areas. On the roof, the utility systems are being completed, and indoors, tiling and paving are being done in the restrooms in the lobby and the bicycle storage room. At the same time, stone paving, cladding and stone elements on the columns and walls are being installed in the lobby, and plasters and painting are being finalized. In parallel, glazed aluminum partition walls are being fitted, and in the atrium, waterproofing and roof layers are being installed. Concrete planters are also being placed there, and concrete steps are being prepared. Work also continues on paved areas and on the shared terrace on the eighth floor, and the fit-out of the office spaces on the fourth floor has begun.
Ganz House Eurovea is gradually taking its final shape and confirms the highest standard of architecture, technical solutions and craftsmanship in its original details, perfectly complementing Pribinova Boulevard in the riverfront district of Eurovea City.
