Ganz House Eurovea is starting to take shape
Construction of the Ganz House Eurovea project is continuing on schedule and is now entering another important stage, in which unique technical solutions are being carried out in the final surfaces and top-quality interior details.
Residences
On the residential building, the ventilation and cooling units on the roof are currently being connected. In the interiors, the floor screeds are finished in the apartments as well as in the common areas, and the installation of the entrance door frames to the apartments is complete. At the same time, work continues on the bathroom tiling on the sixth floor, and at the end of February, installation of interior doors and parquet flooring, painting of the apartments and laying of paving on the balconies will begin. Work is starting on the ground-floor lobby of the residential part, and the interior of the show apartment is being finalized, which will soon showcase the premium standard of living.
From the outside, the fully installed windows are clearly visible, not only in the residential part of the project but also in the office part, where the façade is being built. The scaffolding around the building is gradually being dismantled, which visually highlights the timeless architecture of Ganz House Eurovea. The dismantling of the last crane on the project will also be an important milestone.
Offices
On the roof of the office part, ventilation units are being installed, and the central heating and cooling distribution systems are being finalized. Four of the five elevators are complete, and the construction hoist has been dismantled. The fifth and last elevator will follow. Work is under way on the prestigious ground-floor lobby of the office part: underfloor heating and ceiling distribution systems are in place, and the substructure for the stone cladding has been completed.
Ganz House Eurovea is gradually taking its final shape and confirms the highest standard of architecture, technical solutions and craftsmanship in its original details, perfectly complementing Pribinova Boulevard in the riverfront district of Eurovea City.
