Ganz House Eurovea - the future iconic address of Bratislava, brings premium urban living to the Eurovea City district, combining timelessly elegant architecture with an emphasis on comfort, detail and long-term property value. The project is creating 65 unique residences, with occupancy approval expected this year.
The new show apartment presents not only the above-standard materials and layout solutions, but also the overall atmosphere the project offers in everyday living. “The interior design is inspired by life on the Danube riverfront. The dynamics of the exterior flow naturally into the interior, creating a carefully considered space with clean lines and a strong focus on detail. It reflects the purity and quality of modern living in the city center. We opted for soft natural tones, dominated by material textures and the play of light. This gives the space the atmosphere of a home without any feeling of coldness. Even on a smaller floor area, we have shown that an honest layout and a feel for detail can create a generous and flexible living space,” said Alica Šimková, the author of the design and coordinator of client changes at JTRE.
“At the same time, we wanted to present the way of living that Ganz House Eurovea brings: a combination of timeless architecture, premium materials and everyday comfort in one of the most attractive urban locations, the riverfront district of Eurovea City. The show apartment is therefore not just a design showcase, but also a real picture of the life that awaits future residents of the project,” Alica adds.
